Custom Sizing — Always
There are no standard sizes at UOME. Every window and door is manufactured to the exact dimensions of your opening — not adjusted from catalogue stock to approximate a fit.
No Catalogue Substitutions
If an exact specification cannot be met, we tell you — and we work with engineering to find a solution before production begins. You never receive a substitution after the fact.
Shipment Priority
Clients who pay in full receive shipping priority in the production queue. Standard timeline is 6–7 weeks from order confirmation to ready-for-delivery status.
