IDEAL Profiles: Two Performance Tiers

Aluplast offers two core profile systems. IDEAL 2000 delivers multi-chamber uPVC construction optimized for standard residential applications. IDEAL 4000 is the higher-performance tier — a deeper, more thermally efficient profile designed for projects where energy performance is a primary specification requirement.

Tropical Mix — Built for High-UV Climates

For regions with intense UV radiation — including Utah's high-altitude sun exposure — Aluplast developed a specialized compound called Tropical Mix. AAMA-certified and tested over two years in Ohio, Florida, and Arizona, it is proven to hold color, dimension, and structural integrity under conditions that degrade standard vinyl.

Passive House Engineering

Aluplast profiles are engineered to support Passive House performance — one of the most demanding energy efficiency standards in residential construction. The system complies with the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) under DIN ISO 14025, covering health and environmental performance across the full product life cycle.

Colors: Standard, Continental & Custom

A curated selection of standard finishes includes solid colors and wood-look foils for projects requiring a warm, natural appearance. The extended Continental catalog expands the palette to over 70 color choices. For projects requiring an exact match to an architect's specification, custom finishes are available depending on the package.

Long-Term Durability

Aluplast uPVC resists dirt, environmental exposure, and minor surface scratches. It does not support mould or bacteria growth — a meaningful benefit in Utah's temperature swings and dry winters. The system is rated for excellent burglary resistance and is compatible with smart locking hardware across the door range.

Smart Lock Compatibility

Front door systems are available with conventional multi-point hardware and with smart lock integration — keyless entry, remote access, and home automation compatibility without compromising the thermal or structural performance of the frame.
