New Construction — Windows & Doors
The Vision
Some homes have a view. Copperfold has a cliff. The glass couldn't just open onto the mountain side — it had to hang over the edge with them, performing at altitude and managing extreme thermal load without ever getting in the way of what it was built to frame.
The Result
A collaboration between McGinnis Homes, Upwall, and our team, Copperfold called for glass that could hold its own against one of the most considered interiors we've ever worked inside. This is one of the largest window assemblies UOME has provided. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic walls, a full-height pivot entry, and architectural gliding systems frame the Uinta Mountains like a timeless picture frame. Along the cliff edge, the assembly itself leans outward — its most distinctive feature beyond its scale, designed to follow the architecture while holding the view without holding anything back. The glass became the architecture. From the great room to the primary suite, every space is oriented around a view — and every view is framed by something we built.
