The Madison
City Point Homes — 25' Parade of Homes
New Construction — Parade of Homes
The Vision
Twenty-five homes were competing for the same ten seconds of attention. The vision was to win before a visitor ever crossed the threshold — to make the house declare itself from the street, then prove it the moment someone stepped inside.
The Result
City Point Homes built The Madison to outshine 25 competing entries on pure architectural confidence. The approach was simple: maximize every opening for scale, light, and connection to the outdoors. Ten-foot walls of glass slid away, turning the great room and pool terrace into a single space. Double-height clerestory windows poured afternoon light two stories down, and in the primary suite, a single picture window made the pool and skyline feel like furniture.
As visitors entered the great room, it became clear that the glass did what square footage couldn’t — it made the home feel twice its size.
